Challenge
As GIR’s one of the largest NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced customer in the world continues to expand its promotion strategies, a new promotion program was introduced to reward B2C consumers, an innovative and one-of-a-kind solution which would require 3 easy steps setup and an implementation of Loyalty rewards program for the SuiteCommerce Advanced webstore.
GIR Loyalty rewards program provides a flexible reward engine for rewarding B2C customers a free virtual cash bonus upon purchasing an eligible products.
Strategy
GIR Software Services Team has executed this project with our core Agile execution strategy. Development and QA/QC teams adopted an agile approach to this project, which included a comprehensive project plan that leveraged the development best practices, a customer-centric approach, quality-driven development, risk mitigation strategies, and measurable successes.
Results
Unlike traditional loyalty reward system application, GIR Loyalty rewards program offers integrated and adaptive configurations and reporting capabilities to a wide spectrum of our client team. Solution builds out an isolated configuration record that provides flexibility to customize the bonus bucks reward program for the specific commerce categories or products, which interfaces directly with the client’s SuiteCommerce Advanced webstore for the B2C customer
In the second phase of the bonus bucks reward program, GIR and Client Team has extended the custom development to automate the digital email marketing follow ups to maximize the use of reward system, that helps client team to achieve financial goals.
