How to Enable Quantity Pricing in NetSuite
You’ll need admin access to turn this feature on.
1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features

2. Head to the Transactions subtab

3. Check the box for Quantity Pricing

4. Click Save

Set Up Your Quantity Pricing Preferences
Once it’s turned on, you’ll want to tell NetSuite how you want to use it.
1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Accounting Preferences

2. Click the Items/Transactions subtab

3. In Maximum # of Quantity-based Price Levels, enter the number of pricing tiers you want to support
– Example: 3 = (1–10 units, 11–50 units, 51+ units)

4. To apply different discounts per price level, check:
– Allow Quantity Discounts per Price Level on Schedules
5. Click Save
Now your item records will show quantity-based pricing columns under Sales/Pricing.
Where Do You Add Your Prices?
Easy. Go to any item record in NetSuite.
● Click the Sales/Pricing tab
● Enter your prices for each quantity range

● Hit Save
That’s it. Now NetSuite automatically applies the right price when a customer adds items to their order.
