How to Enable SuitePromotions

1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features

2. Under the Transactions subtab, enable:

   – Promotion Codes
   – SuitePromotions
   – Auto-Apply Promotions

3. Under the Company subtab, enable ‘Locations’ (needed for location-based eligibility)

Creating a New Promotion

1. Navigate to Lists > Marketing > Promotions > New

2. Select your promotion type (item, order, fixed-price, etc.)

3. Fill in shared elements:

– Coupon code

– Sales channel

– Usage limits

Applying Promotions to Transactions

To apply promotions on a sales order:

1. Create a new Sales Order

2. Add a customer and at least one item

3. Under the ‘Promotions’ subtab, select applicable promotions
