SFMC was horizontally integrated with the Magnets USA web store and collected consumer information such as online sessions and items in shopping cart. This data was then passed through the SFMC workflow and got utilized for the email campaign.

GIR technology team used an extensive range of automation and integration techniques to improve Magnets USA’s marketing operations.
API Integration: We enabled the API integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and NetSuite CRM. This link enabled real-time data synchronization, ensuring that all client interactions and transactions were instantly accessible across both platforms.
Data Management: We made it possible for essential information to be automatically transferred from NetSuite CRM to SFMC’s data extensions by using the API. This guaranteed that the most recent data is used in all marketing initiatives.
Email Template Design: Our team created a range of responsive email templates that are both drag-and-drop and HTML-coded. Magnets USA was able to quickly implement personalized promotions with great visual appeal.
Automation through Journey Map: An automation system was established to recognize and respond to abandoned shopping carts, sending out real-time email reminders to encourage shoppers to finish their purchases.
